Service & scheduling
Standard service is weekly, on the same day each week. We keep tight routes so your day and your tech stay consistent. Bi-weekly is available for some pools — we'll advise what your water actually needs.
No. As long as we have gate access, you never need to be home. We send readings and a photo after every visit so you always know it was done.
No problem — just let us know. Our techs are used to backyard dogs and we'll always make sure gates are latched behind us.

Pricing & chemicals
Yes. All routine chemicals — chlorine, acid, stabilizer, and balancers — are included in every plan. No surprise chemical bills.
No long-term contract. Service is month-to-month and you can pause or cancel anytime with about a week's notice.
Listed prices are starting points for a standard residential pool. Pool size, spas, water features, and equipment can adjust the rate — your quote reflects your actual pool.
Repairs & equipment
Yes — pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and plumbing. We diagnose honestly and quote flat. Repairs are always approved by you before any work begins.
We work with trusted brands including Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy, and can match or upgrade your existing equipment.
Almost always, yes. Our green-to-clean recovery brings most pools back to crystal clear within a few days, then we set up a plan to keep it that way.
