By using platinumpoolstucson.com you agree to these terms. The site tells you about our pool care, repair, and green-to-clean services and lets you request service or manage a plan. Content here is general information, not a binding offer — availability and pricing are confirmed with you before any work begins.
Requesting service
When you submit our contact form, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you're authorized to use the phone number and email you enter. You agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email to respond, quote, and schedule. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Your service agreement governs the work
The actual scope of service, plan pricing, billing cycle, cancellation, refunds, and any workmanship guarantee are set out in the written service agreement or plan terms you accept when you sign up — not on this page. If anything here appears to conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Subscriptions & payments
Recurring plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a plan you authorize the recurring charges described at sign-up until you cancel. Stripe handles your card details under its own terms; we don't store full card numbers. Manage or cancel your plan anytime from the customer portal or by contacting us.
Acceptable use
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or copy its content without our written permission.
Site disclaimer & liability
The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Pool Service isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Warranties covering actual pool work, if any, live only in your service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
